Instructions for Downloading Your Legal Template File
Most of our contracts and agreements available for instant download are in the .zip format. This is a compressed file that can be downloaded and opened by Mac or Windows based computers.
The utility Stuffit can be used to open .zip files - Stuffit is free and is compatible with Windows and Macs.

Winzip can be used to open the zipfiles too but is compatible with Windows machines only.
The following instructions are for use with the Stuffit utility but they should work equally well for Winzip as the programs are very similar.

Instructions For Downloading
Please note - our files require a password to be entered during the installation process. This password is supplied when you purchase the document.
The download file for the document you have purchased will appear on the receipt page along with the password required to open the document. A copy of this link is also provided in an email receipt sent after purchase. For security reasons, this file is only available for 48 hours after purchase. If you need to retrieve your file after this time simply contact us and we will re-activate the link for you.
- Step 1. Click on the Zip File Download Link on the Receipt Page which will appear like the image below.
 - Step 2. The File download Box will appear. Choose to Save the zip file by clicking on the Save button.
Step 3 Your Computer will ask you where you would like to save the file. Choose a location eg, desktop, where you will be able to access the file easily later.
Step 4. Find the file you just saved and double click on it.
Step 5. The Stuffit program (or your normal Unzipping program) should open automatically and you will need to enter your password. If you don't have a copy of Stuffit (Win or Mac) or Winzip please ensure you download from the link at the top of this page.
Step 6 - the files contained within your Agreement will appear.
Step 7 Select all the files - Choose "Extract", and a location to put the Agreement files, for example on your desktop or in "My Documents"
The new Folder containing all the files pertaining to your agreement will be created in the location you have chosen.
Step 8 . Locate the folder you have just created on your computer, double click on it to open and select either the Getting Started document which contains all the instructions you need to use your Agreement including links to your Agreement or you can open the Agreement directly.
All our files are rigorously checked for viruses and other malicious entities before they are available for download.
