- Notice to Prospective Caravan Park Residents Important Notice: The "Probation" period in caravan parks has changed. From 20 September 2005, a person who occupies a site in a caravan park as his or her only or main residence, but does not have the written agreement of the caravan park owner to do so, is still classed as a resident if they have lived in the caravan park at least for 60 days without a break.
